VENUE RULES TO BE UPHELD BY THE CLIENT

This includes planners, vendors and guests.

  • Rental Time = Access time to the building.  It is your responsibility to adhere to the rental times you have reserved and paid for. Overages will incur additional charges.

  • The use of tacks, nails, screws, staples and glue to hang decorations is prohibited.  All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage.  Be kind and leave the venue as you found it.

  • Glitter, rice, confetti, etc., are not permitted inside or outside the venue.

  • No sparklers or open flames of any kind are permitted.  This includes cold sparklers.

  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Guests are requested to use the designated outdoor area located at the back of the building.

  • All music should be set up and played on the north side of the brick archway to minimize disturbance to tenants living above the south end of the building. This includes DJ setups, live music, and any other sound systems or Bluetooth speakers.

  • The use of smog machines is prohibited.  They will trigger our fire alarms.  Failure to comply can result in a False Trip Fine imposed by the fire department. You will be solely responsible for paying this fine.

  • Sale of alcohol is not permitted unless provided by a licensed vendor.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that alcohol is not served to minors and for monitoring your guests' consumption and behavior. Please act responsibly and respectfully toward the venue and its surroundings.
