VENUE RULES TO BE UPHELD BY THE CLIENT
This includes planners, vendors and guests.
Rental Time = Access time to the building. You are responsible for adhering to the rental times you have reserved and paid for. You will be charged for overages.
The use of tacks, nails, screws, staples and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the venue as you found it.
No glitter, rice, confetti, etc., is to be used inside or outside the venue.
No sparklers or open flames of any kind are permitted. This includes cold sparklers.
Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the venue. We ask that guests utilize the outstide area located in the back of the building.
Any music being played should be set up and played on the north side of the brick archway, as there are tenants living above the south end of the building. This applies to DJ's, live music and any other type of sound sytems or bluetooth speakers.
The use of smog machines is not allowed. They will set off our fire alarms. If this is not adhered to, the fire alarm is triggered and the fire department shows up, you will be charged their False Trip Fine.
There is to be no sale of alcohol, unless provided by a licensed vendor.
You are accountable for your guests' consumption of alcohol and conduct. Please be responsible and respectful of the venue.
Alcohol may not be served to minors.
